Ingredients
0.5cupbutter
0.5cupall-purpose flour
4cupsroast beef drippingsor beef broth
0.5tspsea salt
0.5tspblack pepper
2tspGravy Master
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add salt and pepper and continue cooking for 5 minutes ---- don't stop whisking during this step!
Slowly whisk in roast beef drippings. Add Gravy Master and continue whisking until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and continue to simmer until thickened to desired consistency.
