Ingredients
3tbspolive oil
2largechicken breastsdiced into 1" cubes
1mediumyellow oniondiced
1cupcelerysliced
2.5quartschicken broth
1cancream of chicken soup
1cancream of mushroom soup
2largecarrotssliced
3largered potatoesdiced into 1" cubes
3tbspparsley flakes
2cupspasta
Instructions
Add olive oil to a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and onion and sauté until fully cooked and chicken is lightly browned.
Add chopped celery and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare homemade Sizzle Biscuits, and put them in the oven while you complete the last step below.
Add pasta to the soup and cook until pasta reaches desired tenderness, about 15 to 20 minutes.
